This high intensity fat burning workout program is designed for you to lower your bodyfat rate. The workout program can be easily done at home as there is no need for additional equipment. You don’t need any dumbells or resistance bands, but don’t think of it as being a walk in the park.
This fat burning workout program leaves no time for catching a breath. The purpose is to keep the heart rate up at all times, so don’t stop moving (unless you feel it is absolutely necessary).
Beginners can be happy if they are able to perform 10 to 15 reps for each exercise. Intermediate and advanced users can go as far as they can. But remember: you may not stop to catch your breath. When you do, the workout stops right there.
