Drop & give me 20 workout

army push upsThe following workout combines 4 of the best known exercises into one intense routine.

If you’re looking for a great workout that will work your entire body within minutes, then this is your thing.

As you will notice, 20 is the key number to remember in this program.

Each exercise wants you to complete 20 repetitions before you may start the next exercise.

This means that the focus is more on conditioning and getting back in shape rather than working on power and strength.

It’s up to you to decide whether you do this routine for 20 minutes non-stop (unless you feel dizzy or when you’re in pain) or you do this routine for a total of 5 rounds, doing a total of 20 sets where you can take some time to rest between two rounds.

The workout

  • prisoner squats – hands behind head
  • burpees
  • push ups
  • cross crunches – elbow to opposite knee

I do trust all of the ideas you have offered to your post. They’re very convincing and will certainly work. Still, the posts are too short for newbies. May just you please lengthen them a little from next time? Thanks for the post.
